No Exchange or Refund

At The Temple Hair Queens, due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our products (Virgin Hair and Raw Hair Extensions and Bundles), all sales are final. Once your order has been placed and processed, we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds.

Policy Details

- No cancellation after purchase: once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

- Personalized and hygienic products: our products are considered hygienic items, and to ensure safety and quality for all our customers, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

- Verifying your order: We encourage you to carefully check your orders before finalizing them, particularly with regard to hair type, color, length and texture.

Exceptions

In rare cases where a product is delivered damaged or defective, we will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement. If you encounter such an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with supporting photos.
